Brought Ms Rockstar to the Malaysian Embassy in the Malaysia Building in Wan Chai… We were steeling ourselves for a cry-fest because she’s never been, hates cars (still) and gets over-tired easily, but as it was quite empty we managed to get in and out and then peel off her outer layer of clothing and quickly settle her in her beloved Room with only a bit of drama…
We are mildly amused, until we have to have our thumbprints taken…
So young, to have to be giving out autographs <indulgent, obsessive parent sigh>
So tiny, the thumbprints…
– See? Not so bad. This uncle was very nice, he meticulously cleaned his own fingers before touching the baby (Loves!) and then reminded me several times to clean the ink off carefully in case she put her hand in her mouth.
Then out into the street again, and home for a nap. She fussed, but we made it back in time. Sorry, no time to take pics of the area, with Malaysian restaurants like Malay Mama and all, just once, we’d like her not to carry on at all when we’re out, is our goal…
And… Kings is getting baptized today!! Lotsa stuff going on, we’ll be back in a bit…
Another beautiful malaysian!
Congrats to King on his baptized
Beautiful Malaysian! Malaysia…. boleh? 😀
Thanks dear..
Good that you took many photos to remember the occasion of registering Ms Rockstar as a M’sian. I like the photo where she was kind of smiling and looking at her thumbprint being taken (5th photo). She did not fuss at that time – very good girl!
Hope you took many photos during the baptism too! Good for your spouse to move forward in his path as a Christian.
Yeah she got over the thumb-printing… she was probably fussing earlier because she’d dozed off and so we tried to do it while she was drowsy and of course she woke up and didn’t like that…
Sadly we couldn’t take many photos – Ms Rockstar was strapped to me and Rockstar was crunching cashews and fruit chews (madam watching movie liddat) and both he and I were filming it instead of taking pics… more on that soon…
Having a video of the special occasion is better than taking photos as you can always do freeze the screen and do screen capture to print them as photos. 🙂

Hi Aileen —
So… with Ms Rockstar having been born in Hong Kong, is she a Hong Kong (permanent) resident as well as Malaysian citizen?
I think so, cos Kings and I are HK PRs…
Congratulations on King’s baptism 🙂 will Ms Rockstar be dedicated to the Lord as well?
Thanks… Yes we intend to probably go the same route as with Rockstar – he was dedicated when he was about a year old, so……. Ms Rockstar turned 6 months yesterday…
That’s great – we plan to dedicate T later.. as well and praying that he will find the love of Christ by himself later on. Congrats on turning 6 months too. Must be a joy to see her grow.
