Y’know, I look rather wistfully at all the pretty fairies and what-not flitting about, even as I try unsuccessfully to squelch a snort and a smile as The Living Contradiction To Things Girly Currently zips up and starts running around pretending to bump into furniture and blowing up her Ko-ko’s friends. A parenting reminder, this season…..

She is so cute in her costume! Is this costume easy to find? (as in are there demands for it from children)?
It’s a boy’s hoodie with a zip that goes all the way up the hood so she can do what she’s doing in the pic above. We have 3 of those in different sizes/ styles, they actually double as regular clothing (though I saved those til Halloween). I bought them off Amazon.com and Rockstar’s coding camp teachers (who are young adults) wear them to class too… I haven’t seen any kids wear them here but after Halloween some of his buddies are dropping hints they’d like something like that for birthday/Christmas (not say, a toy) so it would seem Rockstar and friends are really growing up fast… Even the boys are into what they wear already, not just the girls..
