You will need:
Balloon, string, banister or something else to attach balloon and string to so your child can chase it around safely
Directions:
1. Blow up balloon (I used to carry one of those beach balls sold in Wellcome in my handbag but leftover Christmas party balloon and tinsel (or in this case something from Zaia) are better, can attach it so child and balloon stay in one place)
2. Attach balloon + string
3. Apply as needed*
*May work even better with more than 1 rockstar.
