When it’s something they want they have huge motivation to be creative… He really hates me telling him off… Interestingly isn’t it much easier to not be naughty?!
Maybe your definition of “naughty” is his definition of fun!
😀 He most often gets told off for the way he speaks.. ie too rude when he gets impatient, say when his Lego doesn’t go right then he snaps at me to fix it so I snap back and he gets upset (very sensitive to how u scold him).. We’re trying to work on him controlling his temper as he gets older, he is SO not easy going..

Sorry forgot to add below that normally I’d leave him to undo his own messes but all his Lego is un-age-appropriate – he keeps picking the sets for min age 5, usually 6 years old and if he clicks them in wrong he can’t get the tiny bits out again…
I think your Rockstar and I share similar ideas as to why the police may show up 😉 I have in the past said something similar to the kids, but it was all done in a gentle teasing way.
