Me: ?! 4 arms I guess…

During bedtime reading… And lemme just say this is one of those moments where you can’t possibly see this coming before the crash.
Miss: Mum. Don’t talk too louder. I want sleep.
Rockstar: You mean loudly.
Miss: No, I mean louder. Don’t talk too louder.
Rockstar: It’s loudly. Don’t talk too loudly.
Miss: <obediently> Don’t talk too loudly.
About a minute later, and out of the blue…
Miss: NO! NO! I don’t want say “loudly”! Want say “louder” <BURSTS INTO TEARS> WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
Should’ve also asked them to do “the Titanic” pose
4 arms definitely look better than 4 legs. 😀
I did not see that coming also. I thought oh, so nice she just obeys her ko ko and say it correctly. I guess she then thought about it and decided that it is not fair her ko ko made her say loudly when she wanted to say louder so therefore she cried.
Ugh yes exactly… And the problem with that is what she REALLY wants is for us to turn back time so she can undo her action of obediently going along with it…..! In fact a lot of her worst melt downs are because she wants something (and ONLY that something) that is simply impossible to fix, and can’t be convinced to accept any alternative…!
