Yeah we made it back to the furniture warehouse. And I acquired a lisp specially for this post.
Well we might’ve made it back to said Tequila Kola but getting to actually look at any furniture or dust collecting items was a totally different matter. There are actually a few cafes in this place, the one at Tree on the 28th floor even has full baby changing facilities last I checked, just that this was relatively quiet and germ-freaky (we’re traveling again soon) and neurotic me was hoping this was a good first excursion with both kids.
Little Miss identified the kiddie play area, and after an initial recce…….. decided she would do her best to avoid said kiddie play area. What she’s playing with is (I think) a real old instant camera, rather than an actual toy. (She looks like she’s checking her email though, doesn’t she?)
(Rockstar kept carrying her back to this area.)
And so by the end of this excursion, during which I came up with exactly zero dust collecting items for the house, he is our official Toddler Retriever, much to Little Miss’ disapproval.
second mini excursion in a bit…
Yeah! You made it back to the furniture warehouse and shared with us about it. Thanks!
Bravo to Rockstar for being a responsible “Toddler Retriever” making sure that said toddler stayed in the safety zone. 🙂
It must be heavy for you to be still carrying the toddling Miss in a sling. I think my back will break if I have to carry her like that.
Yes, she really looked as if she was checking her email in the photo.
Looking forward to reading about your 2nd mini excursion.
