Kings: (To Little Miss) Look! Look! There’s a man at the door! Go to sleep.
(This is just a weird thing Kings always says to distract the kids so they quit fighting his cradle hold and he can rock em to sleep)
As Kings exits the room….
Rockstar (to me): I think when he did that with me it worked for like, 2 seconds.
An expected result from all the festivities
We’re moving again, and I haven’t slept more than a few hours straight for the last few days; combination of a couple little scares with the kids and Rockstar skiing in his sleep (I’m NOT kidding). I didn’t want to rush-post the rest of our stay at Castle and the whole skiing thing “just to get it over with” so it’ll be awhile longer for those please…
Aha! so Rockstar was speaking from experience. I don’t think he needs the father to rock him to sleep now.
Skiing in his sleep like sleep walking but skiing not walking. That’s a bit dangerous.
